A training solutions that closely simulates the safety walk steps was required for the learning to build rote behavior.

Project Title: Email Etiquette
Tools used: Articulate Storyline
Client: Training Solutions Dept. (Internal)
Audience: Newly on-boarded instructional designers & training specialists
Training Problem: New IDs are often working with subject matter experts for the first time. They do not have a lot of time to get the feedback they need for their project. Design & Development Process: The design for this training solution was taken from real life observation and situation that the learners often found themselves in. It is important that the learner has a chance, while training, to self-correct after being provided with an example. The learner has the chance to simultaneously experience a real-life scenario while also exercising self-reflexivity over their own writing.
Branching Scenario
Project Title: Online Gaming Scenario
Tools used: PowerPoint with iSpring extension
Client: Geolocation Security & Compliance Company
Audience: Newly on-boarded Sales representatives
Training Problem: New sales representatives are required to go through hundreds of pages of manuals on regulations for the online gaming industry in order to better assist customers on product and services selection. They do not encounter real situations until they meet with real clients for the first time. They share with their manager that they do not feel prepared for these situations and the manuals are not enough to help them solve customers' problems.
Design & Development Process: The learning solution was inspired by some of the real life situations encountered by experience sales representatives. The format chosen is a branching scenario with appropriate feedback for each choice. The rationale behind this choice is to give the learner the chance to pull the contents as they are making their own decisions. It allows them to make mistakes and learn from them.
